frame with 2PK221GHD Plank system with 28,000 pound capacity. Air caster planks allow customer to remove extruder offline for periodic
maintenance and service. Air Plank systems allowed the customer to move extruders much closer together and save plant floor space over
conventional track and rail systems used previously.

Front end loader lift arm
assembly is floated down the free flow assembly line during the assembly process. The 3,200 pound arms are set in fixtures which have a
2PK212G air plank system underneath. This allows one operator to effortlessly move the arms through the various stages/stations of assembly.
