Air Caster – Pallets for Machinery Moving:
|

Designed for moving large loads with similar length and width. For example many in-plant applications include moving engine blocks onto coordinate measuring
machines for inspection, moving large transformers through the assembly process or positioning a 20,000 pound seating section at a convention center as shown
on the left. Both light weight aluminum extrusion and heavy duty steel pallets are available in various sizes and capacities to match your application.
A standard light weight aluminum extrusion pallet requires only one air inlet hose for operation and includes the following:
- One each Main Air Supply Hose with quick disconnects that normally ranges in length from 50 to 125 feet depending upon the distance to be moved and the location of air drops.
- One each On/Off Ball Valve assembly with pressure regulator mounted conveniently for the operator at the pallet base or on U-shape handle.
- One each high strength aluminum extrusion Pallet that’s powdered coated orange with top or side mounted inlet, providing internal air distribution to all four air casters. In addition, flow control valves are included to compensate for off-centered loading.
- Optional Items include no-load wheels, U shaped handle with air mast, guide wheel with spring release throttle, quad entry NPT inlet manifold, six operating air casters in lieu of the standard four, top mounted fixtures that are welded in place or bolted construction and hose reel.
