Load Module Systems for Material Rigging:

Designed for moving various types and sizes of machines, equipment and/or fabricated structures. These easily transportable and flexible systems can be set up
and fully functioning in as little as 10 minutes. The large foot print of the Air Caster greatly reduces floor loading, thereby protecting the floor surface and
eliminates costly damage to floors. The Rigging Kit consists of the following items:
- One each Main Air Supply Hose with quick disconnects that normally ranges in length from 50 to 125 feet depending upon the distance to be moved and the
location of air drops.
- One each Control Console (four station system is shown however a six station box is optional) includes four or six self-relieving pressure regulators/gauges,
on/off ball valve, quick disconnect inlet/outlet fittings, convenient tubular handle for carrying, inlet system pressure gauge, durable powder coated metal box
to protect regulators and gauges, UHMW-PE landing pads to prevent scratching or marring of surfaces and open bottom for easy and quick maintenance.
- Four or six color coordinated Interconnecting Hoses with quick disconnect fittings to allow fast attachment to the control console and air casters.
- Four or six Air Caster Load Modules including UHMW-PE non-marking landing pads, high strength/lightweight power coated orange aluminum extrusion with
quick disconnect inlet fitting and fixed mount Air Caster element.
