Manufacturer of Material Handling Equipment

Aeris Corporation was founded on the basis of providing economically priced engineered Material Handling Equipment (Air Casters and Air Jacks) to our customers with respect to safely MOVING, ROTATING, JACKING, PRECISELY POSITIONING and/or ISOLATING HEAVY LOADS especially in tight quarters with the following characteristics:

  • Light to heavy loads (200 lbs. to 5000 tons)
  • Small to bulky loads (Foot print of 24" x 24" and up)
  • Vibration sensitive or fragile loads

Many years ago the traditional role of Air Casters and Air Jacks were to move heavy loads such as stamping presses, injection mold machines, printing presses, satellites, ship sections or sensitive electronic test equipment from point A to point B.

Today this role has expanded to moving heavy load industrial products down an assembly line with greater flexibility than rails or wheels, due to the introduction of the G Style Air Caster (refer to photo).

This Air Caster invented by Aeris Corporation is totally new and unique for two reasons:

Air Caster G Style

1. The G Style Air Caster has been designed to be rebuilt for a fraction of the original price. This is an industry first that minimizes yearly operating costs and makes air casters affordable over the long run.

2. The G Style Air Caster is extremely durable providing our customers with a high percentage of uptime. Production must be optimized in today’s competitive environment to maintain quality, profitabilty, and delivery schedules.

Air Casters Move Modular Home

For example, Jim Hoogesteger, Pittsville Homes has been moving modular home sections weighing up to 35,000 pounds (refer to photo) for the past three years and has not experience one failure to date. Jim has over 90 each G Style Air Casters and moves approximately 12 to 13 modular home sections per day. Even with nails, screws, electrical wire, adhesive and wall compound that is sometimes left on the floor after cleaning, the G Style Air Caster performs its task day in and day out. Jim has labeled this Air Caster “Bullet Proof”. To find out more about Pittsville Homes and how they save up to $15,000 per year in station to station moves, click on the link below:
